Q: How do I invite talent to apply for a job?

A: All clients have the option to access custom API integrations with ATS systems. For all members additional costs apply. 

  1. Select one or more talent records (check the box)
  2. Click Invite to Apply.
  3. Enter Opportunity Title – this is what the individual will see in the invite. This is often a job title.
  4. Enter Application URL – this is the URL someone should be redirected to when they click the “View Job” button in the email. It is typically the URL for the job itself on your careers/job site.
  5. Click Send Invite. Selected talent will receive an email invite to apply.
